The Un-maternity Maternity Jeans

I'm not one to complain during pregnancy. I don't particularly mind being pregnant and feel lucky to have had no fertility issues or pregnancy complications. One of the most challenging parts of being pregnant for me is finding things I like to wear without spending an arm and a leg. I absolutely hate spending a lot of money on clothes I'm only going to wear for a few months. I've bought several pairs of maternity jeans on ebay and am lucky to have gotten some great items from my sister and sister-in-law. It's funny though my absolute favorite maternity jeans are not even maternity jeans. After Abigail was born I came across these jeans in the juniors section at a local department store and bought them knowing they would be great for when I was pregnant again. They are by Jolt and they're called "The Lounge Act." They are the greatest because they're just like normal jeans with a stretchy fold over waist. I don't know what makes them fit so much better than maternity jeans but they just do! They have nice wide, stylish legs and I love them! Yesterday while enjoying my few hours off after my midwife appointment I discovered the store was carrying them again and bought a second pair in the next size up and I'm hoping these will take me through the end of this pregnancy. So as a jean snob I would recommend these to anyone pregnant or not.

*I couldn't find the exact ones I have online but these are also by Jolt and give you the idea of what I mean.

I have one pair of 'regular' pants left for my non-maternity maternity pants (I'm 22 weeks along). They are similar in that they are stretchy, but they aren't jeans they are black pants for work from Reitmans. I love them and wish I had more (way better than the maternity pants that I keep hiking up)

They are really cute and look like they'll carry you through. I was too uncomfortable to wear jeans after 7 months ;)
I loved the hard tail workout pants. They have a rollover top and I never was uncomfortable. AND I use them now to workout!
